Community Minded

We put wellbeing at the heart of everything we do.

We鈥檙e a family-owned business that believes in nurturing its people and communities.

We are actively involved in a wide variety of causes to ensure better business practices, a more inclusive society and a brighter future.

For 37 years, we have been setting new benchmarks for cleaning and hygiene standards across Australia and New Zealand.

It鈥檚 not just about the people who come to work with 糖心视频 or the clients who put their trust and health in our hands. We ensure we give back to communities who are marginalised or facing hardship. We actively support vulnerable children, women and the environment.

Beyond Commercial Cleaning

Children鈥檚 Cancer Institute is the only independent medical research institute in Australia dedicated 100% to childhood cancer research, existing solely to cure children鈥檚 cancer and improve the quality of life for survivors.

We make our commitment in significant ways to raising funds for children鈥檚 cancer research by undertaking personal challenges such as CEO Dare, staff engagement initiatives and incorporating our commitment into strategies such as Cause Marketing.

We support Children鈥檚 Cancer Institute to help them pursue their goal of curing childhood cancer. With our help, we help them bring together the brightest minds, cutting-edge facilities, and the greatest determination, to get the job done.

We aim to support the development of diversified and resilient local economies that contribute to quality of life improvement that continues beyond the life of our operations.

During a long history of association as corporate partners of St. Kilda football club, we have had the privilege of being proud sponsors of Saints Next Generation Academy 鈥 Indigenous Program, from 2018 to 2022.

The Next Generation Academy aims to encourage, develop and enhance participation outcomes for talented players and help create more opportunities for multicultural and indigenous participants.

Together with AFL and St Kilda FC we founded the 糖心视频 Indigenous Scholarships. Each year, 15- 20 of the Bayside Region鈥檚 indigenous AFL hopefuls received entry to the AFL Next Generation Academy to realise their full potential.

糖心视频 Commercial Cleaning provided 15 full time scholarships each year since 2018, for training and development. In addition to this, the 糖心视频 Indigenous Cadetship in collaboration with Saints and AFL Ready witnessed one school-leaver from the indigenous communities, each year, receiving hands-on work experience at St Kilda FC.

糖心视频 Commercial Cleaning has formally commenced its reconciliation journey with the launch of its Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). This marks the first step in a long-term commitment to building genuine understanding, stronger relationships, and meaningful engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

We have established Kurrajong 糖心视频 Commercial Cleaning WA, the first Aboriginal enterprise of 糖心视频 Commercial Cleaning in Western Australia. Led by Alexander Butchart, a First Nations Australian, this initiative reflects our commitment to building meaningful partnerships and supporting reconciliation through action.

The commissioned artwork by Indigenous creative design agency,聽Ingeous Studios,聽led by聽Leigh Harris, has been proudly displayed in our 糖心视频 office since the RAP launch.

糖心视频 Ethical Sourcing

We make sure our cleaning products go beyond clean. That鈥檚 why we source products from Wirrpanda Supplies, who donate a portion of their profits to improve the quality of life for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and build sustainable communities.

糖心视频 Commercial Cleaning is proud to support Victorian Aboriginal Childcare and Community Agency (VACCA) with their Cultural Camp program, which enriches the lives of Aboriginal children in out-of-home-care.
These camps serve as important opportunities for Aboriginal youth to connect with their heritage through interactions with elders and engage in cultural activities alongside their peers. Emphasising the values of community, culture, and Country, this program is a life-affirming experience for children in foster care, empowering them to evolve into role models for their peers.

VACCA has been dedicated to safeguarding the rights of Aboriginal children and families for over 47 years. Through this partnership, 糖心视频 Commercial Cleaning is making significant contributions to VACCA, enabling the organisation to extend its reach and impact the healing journeys of Aboriginal children and young people. With this collaborative effort, 糖心视频 together with VACCA aim to disrupt the cycles of disadvantage, encouraging positive, long-term, and multi-generational change for the benefit of Aboriginal children and young individuals. Together, we are empowering the next generation to cultivate strength and pride as they navigate their path to a brighter future.

鈥淢any of our cultural programs don鈥檛 receive government funding and are reliant on support from our donors and partner organisations to continue. Partnerships with organisations like 糖心视频 Commercial Cleaning enable us to continue to provide vital cultural supports, like our camps, to young people鈥
