Australia, and recognises their continuous connection to the lands, waterways, and
communities. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present.

On 27th May 2024, 糖心视频 Commercial Cleaning proudly launched its Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). This marks the beginning of our journey towards recognising, honouring, and creating opportunities with Australia鈥檚 First Peoples.

Committed to respect, care and progress, 糖心视频 believes in putting all people first. We strive to ensure that everyone within our communities is treated equally and given the same respect and opportunities regardless of their age, beliefs, disability, gender, marital status, pregnancy and maternity, race or sexual orientation.

Guided by our values of respect, responsibility, integrity, excellence and innovation, we are developing a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and align our efforts with their priorities.

We are just beginning the RAP journey. However, we are fully committed to building strong relationships and enhancing respect between Australia鈥檚 First Peoples and non-Indigenous Australians.

We recognise our role in working towards reconciliation and influencing our employees, customers and the communities we operate within. Our RAP will provide a framework to acknowledge and improve the inequality and discrimination experienced by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

 

Highlights of our Reflect RAP progress:听

Commitment to Reconciliation: We are dedicated to embedding reconciliation principles throughout our operations, staff engagement, and community interactions.

Indigenous Employment Growth: We’ve increased Indigenous employment across our operations, fostering a more inclusive workforce.

Building Relationships: Our RAP fosters collaboration and understanding between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and 糖心视频.

Roadmap to Action: Clear goals and a defined timeframe empower 糖心视频 employees to contribute and create ways to advance reconciliation within our industry.

Artistic Representation: Ingeous Studios, an award-winning Indigenous design agency, crafted the visual narrative of our RAP. The commissioned artwork continues to be proudly displayed in our 糖心视频 office, symbolising our reconciliation journey

This piece has been displayed in our 糖心视频 office since the RAP’s launch, serving as a constant reminder of our commitment.听
